REFUND POLICY

SINGLE PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

We will process a refund for each single product order if it is requested within 10 days of purchase, without exceptions. You do not need to return the product to us!

MULTI-PACKS REFUND POLICY

If you order multiple units of a single product (such as a three-pack), you must return the unopened containers at your expense to receive a full refund. Please email shopoceanki@gmail.com with your order number, and we will provide you with the return shipping address. Our 10-day return policy still applies.

Note: We suggest that you order one of each product if you are trying them for the first time to avoid return shipping costs. Shipping empty containers back will not qualify you for a refund.

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS POLICY

If your order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, we will give you the choice to reship it to a different address or receive a refund.

Please note that these options are only available for orders shipped within the United States. For international orders that are undeliverable, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund. To avoid this, please double-check the shipping address before placing your order.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS POLICY

We will not refund shipping charges for orders that are refused within the United States. We will pay for the return freight of these shipments, and only the product price will be refunded.

For international orders that are refused, the fee to return the order to the warehouse will be deducted from the recipient's refund total. If a shipment is destroyed by USPS or FedEx, no refund will be issued. Please note that duty and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders that reach our warehouse cannot be canceled or edited. Once an order has been submitted to our warehouse, it is no longer editable or cancelable. Please make sure that you enter the correct address and products before submitting your order.

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS POLICY

International customers have 10 days from the confirmed delivery date to receive a refund. The same rules as above apply.
